SortList is an AI-powered recruiting platform that provides automated candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, candidate communication, AI-assisted interviews, and hiring analytics. The Platform is designed for recruiters, hiring managers, and staffing agencies.

3. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Be at least 18 years of age.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Upload false, misleading, or discriminatory job postings.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models.
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure.
Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorization.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform, including job descriptions, candidate information, and interview feedback. 6. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses AI to generate candidate assessments, interview questions, and communications. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided as a recommendation and should be reviewed by you before taking action. SortList is not liable for hiring decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, AI models, and branding, is owned by SortList and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our written consent.

8. Payment & Billing

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be perfectly accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SortList shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
